Ludema & Boyink Sod Farm

Welcome to the Farm!

Ludema & Boyink Sod Farm is located 1/2 hour east of Grand Rapids, MI in Clarksville, MI and provides residential and commercial sod sales and delivery to all of West Michigan. You can also pick it up yourself at our farm.

Our Sod Is:

• 100% Kentucky Bluegrass
• Sold in easy to carry 2 ft x 5 ft rolls
• NOW available Big Rolls 4 ft wide and up to 150 ft long
• Grown from seeds containing less than 1.5% inert matter and 0% weeds
• Genetically diverse
• Resistant to disease and other nuisances
• Able to perform well over a wide range of installation conditions

Retail prices per square foot for Delivery:

• 700 -2090 sq ft       $0.23
• 2100 - 4190 sq ft    $0.21
• 4200 - 6990 sq ft    $0.18
• 7000- 9790 sq ft     $0.16
• 9800 + sq ft           $0.15

Delivery within 50 miles of our farm, including Muskegon is $60.  Delivery 51-80 miles is $125 and for over 80 miles please contact us for pricing and delivery cost.

• 10 - 2090 sq ft         $0.18
• 2100 - 4190 sq ft     $0.15
• 4200 + sq ft            $0.14

We charge a $11 deposit per pallet, refundable when the pallet is returned. contact us.

• Saturday - 8AM to Noon (Spring and Summer months only)
• Sunday - Closed

Delivery Schedule:

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday and on Saturdays by special appointment.

• I-96 to Saranac/Clarksville Exit #59
• Go South/Right on Nash Highway for 2.5 miles
• At the 4-way stop go East/Left on Cross Street for 2 miles
• Cross Street becomes Clarksville Road
• Our Farm is on the North/Left side of the road
